Description (partial)

MME induces MSS into erroroneous state because it sends a superfluous Activity Indication.

A new Paging attempt is done by SMSC so the MSS over SGs sends again a Paging(SMS indicator) to reach the UE who was set previously UNREACHABLE by default after the "SGsAP-ALERT-REQUEST (0x0d)" procedure. It seems that the MSS consider as "SGSAP PROTOCOL DATA MISSING" when the MSS receive "SGSAP Message Type: SGsAP-UE-ACTIVITY-INDICATION (0x10)" after "SGSAP Message Type: SGsAP-SERVICE-REQUEST (0x06)" when "SGsAP-ALERT-REQUEST (0x0d)" procedure has been triggered previously.
