Description (partial)

Symptom:
CEF forwarding to a dialer interface may fail.

The adjacencies associated with the dialer  interface (as shown with 'show adj') will be incomplete.
The dialer interface will show as 'up' in the 'show int dialer' output, and as 'down' in the 'show cef int dialer' output.

Conditions:
The underlying link which the dialer is a associated with dropped and recovered.
The dialer interface was also IPv6 enabled.
