Description (partial)

Prime Assurance may show one number in the Alarm Summary (lower-corner) and a different number of alarms in "Alarms and Events > Alarms".

The issue is occurring because the devices corresponding to the alarm count are no longer in managed state. Currently, the alarm count provides the count of alarms based on severity for irrespective of the device state, whereas the alarms in the alarm browser shows the alarms only for managed devices.

Prime Assurance 9.5 when devices with alarms were moved to unmanaged.
