Description (partial) 

Symptom:
After configuring ASA for smarttunnnel autostart it is not working

1.Configure ASA:

 conf t
  webvpn
   smart-tunnel list rob Telnet telnet.exe platform windows

 conf t
  group-policy DfltGrpPolicy attributes
   webvpn
     smart-tunnel auto-start rob

2. open asa portal
3. go to "Application access" tab - Smarttunnel is not started in FF - button "Start SmartTunnel" is present, in IE - it is started - no button "Start SmartTunnel"
