Symptom:
BT settings visibility time out value doesn't change immediately, need to tap on name of the device to observe changes

Conditions:
1. Go to BT settings tab and on BT section
2. Tap on over flow menu of BT settings tab to change the visibility time out value.
3. Select some other value.
