Cisco Bug: CSCum95000 - webdialer : unable to make call, once we end webdialer call

Symptom: Dial Voicemail Prefrences IVR second time Conditions: Steps to Reproduce. 1. Create two end users 2. Registers two phone and associate two phones to two end users. 3. Configure webdialer a. from cmui--->advance features---->voice mail---->create new voicemail poilet b. from cmui--->advance features---->voice mail----> creat new voicemail profile using configured voicemail poilet c. go to DN of the each device and select configured voicemail profile 4. Log in to selfcare portal, click on Dial voicemail prefrences IVR , webdialer window pops up, give destination number and dial, here call goes through fine, 5. Now again click on Dial Voicemail Prefrences IVR second time and check disable auto close check box and make call, before receiving the call, end the call from calling phone by pressing end call button 6. click Dial Voicemail Prefrences IVR thrid time, webdialer call failes as shown in attached screen shot, and back button doesnot work.....
