Description (partial)

After making an intercluster calls using SIP trunk from cluster to another(+ enabling FAC/CMC checkbox on Route pattern page).

 "FAC level" report are not showing up & displaying error as "System Error. Contact System Administrator". 

Server details :-

Ip -
 credentials - admin/12cisco12
 FAC Level - 1
 path - cucmip/car ->System Reports -> Authorization Level

Note - Same reports are generating for FAC & CMC codes

Set FAC level to 1(other than default  0) & check CAR reports after making FAC call
