Description (partial)

Symptom:
When CTI connections are closed due to network disconnections, the following RTMT counter does not get updated:
RTMT > Call Manager > CTI > CTI Search > Devices.

Conditions:
Network Disconnect between CUCM and 3rd Party Server integrated via CTI.
