Symptom:
You get error message saying "IPv6 address must be global unicast" when trying to configure a unique Local Address ( ULA ) for UCS Fabric interconnect management interfaces

Conditions:
UCSM version 2.2(1b)
When trying to configure ULA IPv6 address for UCS Management interfaces.
