Description (partial)

CWMS 1.5 MR3

When scheduling a meeting as a user through the CWMS Site URL, an email is generated for the host / participants. This email contains the link to start / join the meeting, however this URL is always in the format of:

The issue with this format is that the '==' suffix is not recognized by most applications as to be part of the URL. Meaning, when you copy-paste the URL in a document, email, .. to share the Webex link, the '==' is removed in the hyperlink. Users who then click on the link fail to start/join the meeting.

In summary, the fact that CWMS is using a trailing '==' in its URL is not user-friendly.
This is a request to enhance the URL, for it to be more user friendly.
