Description (partial)

Symptom:
The Endpoint that places the call on Hold does not see any of the hold reversion indications (icon, toast, ring, or LED's). only reversion icon is seen

Conditions:
1. Endpoints A, B are on a shared line
2. Make a call from Endpoint A to Endpoint D and answer the call on D
3. Place the call on hold from Endpoint A and leave the call on hold for more than 15 seconds(Hold reversion ring duration)
4. While the call is in the Hold Reversion state, Resume it from Endpoint B and pllace the call on hold from Endpoint B
5. Wait for 15 seconds(Hold reversion ring duration)
