Description (partial)
Symptom: In certain extremely rare cases, gen4 linecard (DS-X9232-256K9 or DS-X9248-256K9) can reload during software upgrade. Conditions: After the reload, you can check if it occurred due to this particular issue by issuing the commands <I>show module internal exceptionlog</I>, and <I>show system internal log sysmgr rtdbctrl</I> (the last one after attaching to the linecard in question).
