Description (partial)

Symptom 1:
A WiSM2 may experience a dataplane crash.  A log message similar to the following is seen:
*broffu_SocketReceive: Mar 12 10:56:51.500: #BROFFU-0-DP_REPORTS_CRASH: Fastpath DP0 (core 3) reports a crash.


#BROFFU-0-DP_NOT_ALIVE: broffu_fp_dapi_cmd.c: 3895 System reboot shortly: Missed too many heartbeats (34) from Fastpath DP0

Symptom 2:

When using multicast transmissions between wireless clients, there may a delay between when the multicast group join is established till data forwarding begins.

Using AVC on a WiSM2.
