Symptom: When using the transfer to voicemail option the calls are routing to the end users' phone rather than their voicemail. Have confirmed that the prefix is appropriate and delivers calls to voicemail when manually dialed from handset. Conditions: Specified voicemail prefix in config Complete the transfer to voicemail process as outlined in the end user guide
