Description (partial)

Symptom:
Serial Number exists in CSR (Certificate Signing Request), and it is not needed. Also, it is longer that 20 octets, which is not RFC compliant, as per RFC 5280 : http://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/rfc5280/?include_text=1 . Since CA (Certificate Authority) controls the serial number of the certificates they issue, serial number should be removed from CSR.

Conditions:
Generate CSR for issuing CA-signed certificates.
