Symptom:
Callback not working when endpoint is in lock screen

Conditions:
1. On endpoint A Automatically lock is set to 1 min. 
2. Phone app is up, wait for a minute device is locked and lock symbol is seen on status bar.
3. Initiate a call from A to B. On Endpoint A set callback to B.
