Symptom:
When using debug mpls ldp discovery hello send, the output does not contain an interface name. Instead an interface handle is shown:

RP/0/RP1/CPU0:Jan 31 09:58:26.217 : mpls_ldp[1035]: DBG-Disc-TX[5300], Sent Link Hello, ldp_id 10.20.12.22:0, 2.120.8.8-> 224.0.0.2, ifh=0x880001c, cnt=171411

Conditions:
Debugging MPLS LDP hello packets.
