Description (partial)
Symptom: If a Stateful Switchover (SSO) is done with a local switching connection between an Ethernet interface and a VLAN with the VLAN's physical interface shut down, followed by doing <CmdBold>no shutdown<noCmdBold> on the physical interface, the connection never comes up and packets fail to traverse the connection. Conditions: This symptom has been observed in IOS-XE Release 3.12 and later on the ASR1000 platform.
