Description (partial)
Symptom: During RSP switchover, any satellite-ether ports assigned to a bundle (Link Aggregation Group) satellite-fabric-link will flap. Conditions: Release: 5.1.x Requires a satellite topology that contains a bundle satellite-fabric-link and a physical satellite-fabric-link to the same satellite. The flap will be triggered by the switchover.
