Description (partial)

Symptom:
Slow IPv6 throughput, and the following error messages:

EARL_CM-5-NOCAPMAP  No free capmap entry available
EARL_CM-5-NOCAPMAP  No free capmap entry available
EARL_CM-5-NOCAPMAP  No free capmap entry available
FMCORE-4-RACL_REDUCED  Interface Vlan<VLAN> routed traffic will be software switched in egress direction.
L2 features may not be applied at the interface
FMCORE-4-RACL_REDUCED  Interface Vlan<VLAN> routed traffic will be software switched in ingress direction.

Conditions:
Sup2t with a significant number of both IPv4 and IPv6 ACLs, all with multiple LOUs associated with the ACLs.
