Description (partial)

Playback does not show EOS screen once recording gets to the end on Samsung or Motorola clients.

The issue is seen when the user attempts to playback Remote playback of In-Progress recording nearing completion in the Motorola / Samsung client using Cisco G8 Server. Finished barker is expected to be displayed when the content reaches End of file instead the last few frames are played cyclically.
