Description (partial)

Symptom:
Want to access unity connection with read only credentials.

Conditions:
As of today, there is no true read only access in unity connection. Customers team always have Architects, engineers and operations team. Its only operation team who will have read/write access in general.

But if Engineering team and Architects want to see the config of Unity Connection then they will not have true read only access . They will have either help desk or technician group access which is not true read only access .
