Description (partial)

Symptom:
CCM process consuming a large amount of memory, particularly in conjunction with times of day when there will be consistent interaction with a Presence server. This will result in a crash if memory consumption is allowed to continue to rise.

Conditions:
Cisco CallManager is processing a large number of SIP 404 messages
