Symptom: HULK port cannot be enabled after shutdown. Conditions: 1.The phone is powered up and working fine. 2.Insert a USB device that would draw more power than allocated. (All accessories mentioned is connected to device directly through USB Hub) 3. When we get the alert(USB limit exceed) then unplug the device. 4. Select the limit exceeded toast to re-enable the USB port. 5. Do the test on both USB ports.
