Description (partial)

Symptom:
MPLS-TP tunnels circuit tab gets stuck when PTF is being reset

Conditions:
1. Have a rings topology with both CPT50 Linear and Rings configured.
2. MPLS-TP tunnels and PWs are configured and UP.
3. All the tunnels are listed and discovered under Network view -> Layer2+ -> Circuits -> MPLS-TP
4. Perform reset of PTF card.
5. While the card is reloading, Network view -> Layer2+ -> Circuits -> MPLS-TP tab is stuck. We are not able to view the other circuits which are not part of the node under reset.
6. Tab recovers automatically once the PTF card comes up.
