Description (partial)

For an MPEG Source which acts as an input device to QAM, connectivity to QAM can be removed and the MPEG Source can also be deleted which can affect the sessions built on the device

1.Go to EC > Network Element Provisioning > MPEG Source
2.Select an MPEG Source using which active sessions are built.
3.Select the valid Ouput Port under MPEG Source Name using which connections to QAM are made.
4.Under the Connect To field select the Headend Name to Any and click Save Connectivity thereby removing the Connectivity of MPEG Source to QAM (OR) After step 2 delete the MPEG Source
5.Reset the QAM device
