Symptom: When poling OID .220.127.116.11.18.104.22.168.1.1 which returns ifIndex value, we may not get any values for logical interfaces (SVI/Port-channel) and physical interfaces (Ethernet), which were never transiting 'UP' state. In other words, ifIndex values for physical interfaces which are "operational up" or were "operational up" before, will be returned, while for the physical ports that were never up, switch doesn't return any value. Conditions: Issue happens with 6.0(2)U2(1) code only.
