Description (partial)

Symptom:
Changes on service profile (e.g., modifying vlan, modifying service profile description) cause unnecessary reboots.

Conditions:
It happens on UCSB-EX-M4-1 blades only. In either of the following two conditions, the issue will be triggered by any service profile change:
(1) Adapter 5 and/or Adapter 6 are present on the blade;
(2) There is at at least one empty slot in the range from Slot 1 to the last present adapter. Example 1: Adapter 2 is the only present adapter, while there is no adapter in Slot 1. Example 2: Adapter 1, Adapter 3 are present, while there is no adapter in Slot 2.
