Symptom: Jabber SDK client web apps are not able to play preview video when using built-in webcam on some HP laptops. Conditions: The issue was seen with Windows 8 and 8.1 running on HP ProBook 4440s laptops. It is likely also reproducible on other HP models as well as with earlier Windows releases. The issue only occurs when using the webcam driver distributed by HP.
