Description (partial)
Symptom: In two card setup with gfp mapped 10ge payload , if fiber is removed on farend client and applied a terminal software loopback , traffic never comes up . Conditions: Steps to reproduce: 1. Have a setup with client terminal loop-back on F.end and send traffic from testset. 2.Check the Rx traffic on Testet, it remains down. 3.Check the alarms on NE-side client port, it reports GFP-CSF and Squelch.
