Description (partial)

Symptom:
The Cisco CMTS with upstream channel bonding configured for 4 channels cannot sustain the MaxSusRate in the CM configuration file, even if this rate is below the maximum possible speed.

Conditions:
This issue occurs on the Cisco CMTS when upstream channel bonding is configured for 3 or more channels.
