Description (partial)
Symptom: While one call is active and recording, another workflow-initiated recording does not kick off for second call of a multiline agent. Conditions: Hard phones configured for 2 lines. Start recording workflow set up for answered event for all calls. Second call needs to be offered while first call is on hold.
