Description (partial) 

Symptom:
When generating a CSR on CWMS under: 
Settings > Security > Certificates > Generate CSR

It is mandatory to populate the attribute 'Country' by selecting your country from the drop-down. 
However almost none of the African countries are in this list. The only country there is 'South Africa', but all other African countries are missing.

CWMS 1.x
