Symptom: Three pane screen is not shown when hold the call in silent monitoring. Conditions: 1. Establish a call between two end points A(Customer) and B(Agent). 2. Initiate a silent monitoring session to end point C(supervisor). 3. Hold the call from supervisor endpoint. 4. Observe the screen.
