Description (partial)

Symptom:
The OCHNC Wavelength Field of the OCHCC Circuit shows AUTOPROV, instead of the set OCHNC Wavelength (OCH Trail) Wavelength.

Conditions:
Create Circuit Via TL-1 on the MXP-MR-10DME card and even after creating proper IPC on discovery the NC wavelength shows AUTOPROV.
