Description (partial)

Symptom:
Product alerts tab on the portal and the related reports will be disabled in IR for NOS user.  NOS [Business Type]  user are still able to view  "Items past Last day of support" in Contract[Reports] POD.

Conditions:
When NOS Customer user tries to access SNTC portal and Reports Tab have Contracts POD visible. Under the Contracts POD there is a category  "Items past Last day of support"  which shows Items which are covered/uncovered but which has LDOS date older than current.
Bug details contain sensitive information and therefore require a Cisco.com account to be viewed.
