Description (partial)

Symptom:
Partial SVLAN circuit because of NNI mode change on the port which has Svlan circuit or QinQ configuration is not getting deleted.

Conditions:
Steps followed to recreate :
1.Provision GEXP card and some client port Ex:port-1.
2.Provision sVlan Db with some svlan number Ex:200.
3.Change port-1 to NNI mode by changing mode under Ethernet tab.
4.Provision 200 Slvan number on port-1 under Svlan->NNI tab.
5.now change the port-1 to UNI mode by change mode under Ethernet tab without removing svlan on port-1.
6.Now delete the slvan 200 from svlan DB, and store it on node.
After above steps we will see that 200 is part of sVlan circuit but it's not there in QinQ tab and sVlan Db.
Because of this condition we will not be able to delete the Svlan circuit from sVlan circuit tab.
