Description (partial)

Symptom:
Outlook has the option to delay the sending of emails by first holding it in the Outbox.  The emails get stuck in Outbox and can not be sent when clicking the Send/Receive button.

Conditions:
CUCI-Lync 8.6.2 and 9.2.5
Outlook 2010
Cisco.ClickToCall.Outlook.dll is enabled
Outlook Options -> Advanced -> "Send immediately when connected" = unchecked
