Cisco Bug: CSCum83888 - MPEG2 aspect_ratio_info set to DAR instead of SAR when HD square pxls

- Digital Receivers/Decoders
Known Affected Releases
1.0 T1.10B9 platinum_baseline silver-baseline
Symptom: Some set-top boxes are not displaying a transcoded MPEG-2 stream in the correct aspect ratio. The displayed aspect ratio is 4:3 while the input aspect ratio was 16:9. In an MPEG-2 encoded stream, an HD stream with 16:9 aspect ratio can be coded in two different ways: Sample Aspect Ratio is equals to square pixels or Display Aspect Ratio equals to 16:9. The D9859 uses the first approach. However, this approach has issues on legacy set-top boxes. Conditions: When transcoding a HD service to MPEG-2.
