Symptom:
Get pop-up mesage that an rpc call has failed.

com.google.gwt.user.client.rpc.StatusCodeException: 12152

=>Unknown.HB() at null[-1]
=>Unknown.fC() at null[-1]
=>Unknown.anonymous() at null[-1]

=>Unknown.om() at null[-1]
=>Unknown.anonymous() at null[-1]

Conditions:
When doing basic task in the browser client, end users randomly get the message below.  There does not seem to be a pattern as the has been seen when doing different task
* adding user
* editing job
* creating job
* vewing current day activity
* viewing calendars
* etc
