Description (partial)
Symptom: When short ads (5-10s) are scheduled and the splice request for the next ad is early (5-10s before the splice in of the next ad) then the DCM will splice back to the main service before splicing to the next ad. Conditions: This happens if the splice request is sent by the ad server before it received a confirmation that the previous ad has spliced in.
