Description (partial)

Symptom:
With below config ASR1k will send PADT for PPPoE sessions terminated on another router
if unicast PPPoE frame gets flooded on L2:

bba-group pppoe G
  session auto cleanup

interface interface TenGigabitEthernet0/0/0.100
  encapsulation dot1Q 431 second-dot1q any
  pppoe enable group G

Conditions:
Ambiguous Q-in-Q encapsulation is configured on PPPoE-enabled interface with "any" keyword,
multiple ASR1k routers are used for redundancy and intermediate L2 switch may flood unicast PPPoE frames
to another ASR.
