Description (partial)

Symptom:
In IPMA performance testing while 3500 assistants logging out in 60 sec  the CPU usage exceeds 90% in Ladoga build and 100 assistants are failing to logout.but during Texoma IPMA performance testing while 3500 assistants are trying to login in 30 sec the CPU usage is less than 70%. PFA the details of performance testing result for texoma and Ladoga.

Conditions:
3500 assistants(1200 in PUB , 1200 in Sub1,1100 sub2) are trying to logout in a ramp up period of 60 sec cpu uasge exceedind 90% while tracking using RTMT tools.
