Description (partial)

Symptom:
Outgoing SIP invite has Privacy set even if Incoming Invite does not ask for privacy to be set which presents the call as restricted to the outgoing leg.

Conditions:
SIP--PGW--SIP call flow.
Incoming Invite has PAID and RPID with no explicit request for privacy.
Outgoing Invite has "Privacy=id" set.
This happens when MAPCLITOSIPHEADER is set to 3, 4 or 5.
