Description (partial)

Incoming audio and video to enterprise endpoint stops and enterprise endpoint appears to still be in a connected call, seeing a frozen video frame of the Jabber Guest user.

This issue may occur on Jabber Guest 10.0.(2) and later, when Jabber Guest is used with Chrome browser.  
The issue may occur when the Jabber Guest user has closed their browser tab\window during connected call.
