Symptom: When DNS is not responsive, no error besides loss of service of CWMS is shown. When other servers (mail server, storage server) do not respond, notifications are displayed on the admin dashboard, and this should apply to DNS as well. Loss of DNS is more impacting to the function of CWMS, but less obvious from the perspective of the CWMS admin. Conditions: DNS is not reachable or not responsive to CWMS.
