Known Affected Releases

4.2.4.BASE

Description (partial)

Symptom:
When a device link connected to a Primary CRS-8 flaps the device (another CRS-8) stops receiving SNMP requests. This is for traffic that travels via that link, other snmp request from other sources work correctly.

Conditions:
Server----MPLS network----CRS-8-----PRIMARY CRS-8-------Direct link to other CRS devices

The problem is when this direct link flaps (up/down/up) the other CRS devices stop receiving snmp requests from the server that is behin the MPLS network.

No other service is impacted, and other servers from other places arround the network doesnt have this issue, and you can see snmp traces from this other servers that are not behind the mpls.
