Cisco Bug: CSCum80182 - CSC: Id-Agent does not ignore service account logon correctly

Last Modified

Nov 08, 2016

Products (1)

  • Cisco ASA 5500-X Series Firewalls

Known Affected Releases

6.6(1125.0)

Description (partial)

Symptom:
When using IdAgent with the TrendMicro CSC module, the Id Agent might detect a Service Account logon and actually validate that as the logged in user. This results in the existing correct mapping being overwritten with the wrong user information and possibly result in incorrect application of policies pertaining to URL filtering or URL Blocking.

Conditions:
This has been seen with the following combination of software and likely affects other IdAGent deployments as well:

Windows DC: Windows Server 2008 R2
Host Machine: WIndows 7
IdAgent Code Version: 1112
CSC Module Version: 6.6.1125.0
