Description (partial)

Symptom:
Agent is unable to see activity body of archived email from search console.
Agents are unable to view activity details of an archived email from the search console. Clicking an activity times out retrieving the data, followed by a 'logout now' message.

1. Log in as agent 
2. open search console. 
3. select archived activities from object type drop down 
4. search for any archived activities with activity ID. 
5. From results select activity. 

error alert popup up.

Conditions:
Split Server, Distributed Server, Single Server
Agent console - working on emails, (Reply, forward, save draft etc.) 
Agent console - Search window, searching for activities.
