photo from outlook is not shown in jabber

1. make contact in outlook that has same IM/email as directory user (directory user should not have photo stored in AD)
2. make search for that contact from Jabber
expected: contact is shown as from Address book and and all data is merged including showning outlook photo 
result: info is properly merged but photo from outlook is not shown
